Biography

Dr. Anna Sinclair is a faculty member in the Division of Communication within the School of Fine Arts and Communication, primarily teaching in the Public Relations concentration.  Dr. Sinclair obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University with a research emphasis in authentic leadership and the disabled undergraduate student community. She obtained a Masters in Organizational Leadership from 今日黑料 and a Bachelors in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University.

Dr. Anna Sinclair was born as a below-the-elbow amputee as a result of Amniotic Band Syndrome. She has a passion for the disabled community and always tries to integrate Biblical applications of identity and purpose within her work in public relations, communication, and leadership.  Dr. Sinclair's recent work and research focuses on the tenants of authentic leadership and deploying practical applications within the disability community.

Dr. Sinclair lives in Huntington Beach with her husband and their two boys. The Sinclairs are members at CrossPoint HB where they enjoy attending and serving. Family hobbies include boating on the lakes along the Colorado River, exploring national parks, and taking walks with their yellow lab.
